everyone at the 7th Annual Buy GREEK for Christmas Campaign and thus increase
awareness of how important each of us is in helping to stimulate the
Greek economy by buying Greek products and services.
You don't
need to be anywhere on any particular date...
all it means is that you
will probably buy/even make something Greek, kourambiedes, taramosalata,
olives, feta, yoghurt, a piece of chocolate, eat at a Greek restaurant,
download a Greek song, buy a book, a leather bag, a pair of leather
sandals, a theatre ticket, a DVD/CD, buy a bottle of Greek wine, olive
oil, a tin of wonderful olives, a bottle of Masticha liqueur, ouzo or
tsikoudia, visit a Museum, book your holiday to Greece, take the Metro
to Monastiraki and have a souvlaki or catch a ferryboat to an island.
By joining us at #BuyGREEK4Xmas wherever in the world you are over the holidays...you are adding your support and solidarity to the efforts of the people in this beautiful country to start the economic recovery process from the grass roots level, by helping sustain Greek jobs and businesses.

Western Christmas shopping is about 1 trillion USD... If even one in 100
people buys something made in Greece this Christmas period, that
would add 10 billion to our GDP and add 100,000 manufacturing jobs which would
ripple out to a good reduction in Greece's unemployment rate. 1 in 100!!!
However, even if you cannot buy something GREEK, you can still like our page and support the campaign! :)
